Then use the wand applicator to apply the product starting from the center of your lips and working outward towards the corners. For a more precise application, use a lip liner to outline your lips before applying the Liquid Lipstick. Wait a few seconds for the product to dry and set before pressing your lips together. If you want a more intense color, you can add a second layer of product. To remove Clarins Water Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick , use an oil-based makeup remover or cleansing oil.
